Combining his background in art, music, education and creative thought with over 35 years’ experience in business, Bing enjoys the challenge of helping people find creative solutions to fix things that bug them. He loves to discover others’ strengths and help them live up to their potential.

Bing has served as a top-performing business consultant and franchisee with Chick-fil-A, where he had a reputation for innovation, creativity, team building and great friendships. His Chick-fil-A restaurant in Boone, NC was known as “Boone’s best place to work and eat.” He ran his business by developing a team of leaders who worked together to get results, and his team won numerous awards.
He now owns Peake Coaching & Consulting where he uses climbing analogies and creative thinking to help leaders and teams reach their peak.
Bing lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and is close with his sister and mom. His late father was a long-time Chick-fil-A franchisee. He has two grown children. He enjoys playing drums, guitar and ukulele. He also enjoys bike riding and hanging out with friends and family.
Program Director and Coach
After a 27-year Air Force career, Maureen is thrilled to return to the Peach State and call Atlanta her home.
On her military journey, she had the challenge and privilege of leading Airmen in providing world-class healthcare to our nation’s active duty military and retirees as well as being ready to respond both domestically and abroad.
Maureen’s education and experience guided her to discover the value of high-quality training as well as team building and continuous quality improvement. Her skills and methods led to numerous awards including Air Force Health Promotion Team of the Year, Air Force Nutritional Medicine Team of the Year and Air Force Dietitian of the Year.
After success in her own field and throughout promotions culminating in the rank of Colonel, she employed leadership development and guidance on LEAN principles in hospital foodservice, pharmacy, diagnostic imaging and laboratory daily operations—all high-volume, zero-error-tolerance environments.
Maureen now brings her unique perspective to Peake Coaching & Consulting as Program Director. She recognizes the needs of adult learners and believes all training should be experiential and fun. In addition, she challenges leaders at all levels to empower team members in decision-making and problem-solving.
Maureen is married and has a daughter attending college in Saint Louis. She enjoys CrossFit, brunching with her husband on weekdays and spending time with her chocolate lab, Penny.
Marketing Director and Coach
Byron Harvey serves in the role of Marketing Director at Peake.
Byron served in pastoral ministry for over 25 years, and then took a position with Chick-fil-A, during which time he served in a variety of roles, most notably as Restaurant Marketing Director, where he led the store in reaching out to the community in creative and innovative ways.
Byron’s hope is to engage more people in learning the principles of LEAN thinking and action, in order to make a very positive difference in the pursuit of workplace efficiency.
In his spare time, Byron performs with the improv troupe he directs, Rx Improv, as well as with a national troupe. He is an actor in stage plays and musicals, and loves to cheer for his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
Byron is in his fourth decade of marriage to his wife, Karen, and they have three adult children.
